How Much does it Cost to Exhibit?

Exhibit space costs for BabyTime Expo are only $7.95 per square foot if reserved by March 1, 2008. After March 1, the price is $8.95 per square foot. Exhibit space includes pipe & drape, one 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket and six registration badges per 100 square feet. Other items include company ID sign, listing in the program guide and on the website, and aisle carpeting.

BabyTime Expo also offers BabyTime Lane – a special area for home-based businesses and non-profit agencies. Tabletop exhibits are $450 and Non-profit organizations can rent a tabletop for only $295 if reserved by March 1, 2008. After March 1, tabletops are $495 and non-profit tabletops are $350.

Are there other opportunities for exhibitors at BabyTime Expo?

Get more exposure for your company! If you would like to present a product demonstration on the BabyTime Expo stage, you can sign up along with reserving your exhibit space. Go to the Exhibit Space Rental Agreement to download an agreement.

Donate a door prize of $25 value or greater and receive additional recognition onsite!

What Hours is the Show Open?

Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 5pm

Will there be food and beverages available?

Yes.  Concession stands will be located on the show floor.

Will I be able to sell items at BabyTime Expo?

Yes.  Many of the exhibitors will be selling their goods and services directly to attendees at the show.

Are strollers available for rental?

Unfortunately, BabyTime Expo will not have strollers available for rent.

Is parking available at the show?

Parking is available at all locations.

Denver – Free parking is available at the Denver Merchandise Mart.

Las Vegas – Parking is available at Cashman Center, cost is $3 per vehicle, no in and out privileges

Phoenix – There are three public parking lots close to the Phoenix Convention Center. Cost is $10 per vehicle, no in and out privileges.

Phoenix East Garage (closest to our event) 601 East Washington

Phoenix West Garage – 100 North 3rd Street

Jefferson Street Garage – 333 East Jefferson

Seattle – There are public parking lots close to Qwest Field Event Center. Costs range from $5-$10 per vehicle with no in and out privileges.

Have you negotiated special hotel rates?

Yes. BabyTime Expo management has negotiated special hotel rates for exhibitors. Call by the date listed below to ensure you receive the Show rate.

Will the show still be held if it rains on the day of the show?

Yes.  BabyTime Expo will be held rain or shine!

Will tickets be sold in advance of the show, or only at the show?

Tickets are currently available online for Denver and Las Vegas, or at the box office on the day of the show for all cities.
